God did not create you to spend your life chasing approval. He created you with purpose, gifts, wisdom, personality, and value. You do not have to become someone else to matter.

Are the people you are friends with right now the kind of people who would help you get to Jesus if you needed Him and weren’t sure what to do? Do their actions mostly reflect the character, integrity, honesty, kindness, and thoughts of the future that you want your life to reflect?

God's love is not fragile. His patience is not easily exhausted. His mercy is not reserved only for people who appear to have everything together. He walks with us through every season, and He often chooses to express His love through people who are willing to slow down, listen well, and care deeply.

If you’re familiar with Job, you know he was a faithful man who refused to curse God and die, as his wife asked him to do. (See Job 2:9). He suffered greatly through many things, and though he asked questions of God, he did not once have concerns or doubts about God’s handling of him. Technically.

Speaking or repeating something emphatically, with sincere belief, does not make it true. But God is truth, and He invites us to become people who care about what is true.

We cannot do someone else’s healing for them. We cannot repent for them or force them to understand. We cannot make another person want repair, honesty, or reconciliation.

But do not let fear, criticism, or mislabeling keep you from obeying God, developing your skills, or sharing what He has placed in you.

Did you ever think about how there was often a huge crowd around Jesus when He walked this Earth? The Bible doesn’t tell us about every person Jesus healed or about every miracle He performed, but we do get to know about some of the biggest milestones in the history of faith. We can learn from it and let our faith be strengthened.
